Mark Baldwin is a native of the Bay Area. He attended San Francisco State University, where he studied business management. Even though Mark was an only child and going off to college was his first experience at being away from home, he quickly became known as the big brother of the house, and that’s where he began to discover and develop his leadership skills. These experiences were followed with a life- and family-defining moment—his graduation. In 2002, Mark became the first Baldwin to graduate college with a degree in business management.

He began his career at Enterprise Rent-a-Car in 2003. His nine years at Enterprise saw him tackling several management roles where he established training and development systems that led to many staff promotions and set new records of fleet growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction in numerous locations. Mark, who now lives in Silicon Valley, is currently working in the finance industry. He is dedicated to sharing his invaluable experiences and insight to organizations and individuals across the globe.
